Presentations at schools and libraries emphasize books and stories from children's literature. Re-constituted folktales are a basic ingredient to Jean-Andrew's storytelling programs, rounded out with original tales when need or inspiration requires something fresh. Many of her stories are participatory and may include props. Adults love storytelling, too. Retirement communities, church associations, women's groups, family gatherings, and festivals are just a few venues possible to discover the art of storytelling. Programs may include a follow-up talkback, or be presented as an interactive lecture. Workshops on various aspects of storytelling, including basic techniques for telling, are also available.
